SiteDevelopers provides custom website design, development, hosting, and ongoing maintenance for small businesses on a monthly subscription basis. We are based in Durham Region, Ontario, Canada.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, including:

• Formspree: processes contact form submissions on our marketing site
• Cloudflare: website hosting, security, DNS, and email routing
• Zoho Mail: business email setup for Pro and Premium clients (when applicable)
• Google Analytics: website traffic analytics for Pro and Premium client sites (when included in your plan)
• Stripe: processes subscription payments and recurring billing. Stripe collects and processes your payment card and billing information on our behalf. We do not store your full card number on our servers. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy

These providers may only use your information to perform services on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.

Payment information

When you subscribe, payment details are entered directly through Stripe's secure checkout or billing portal. SiteDevelopers receives limited information from Stripe (such as payment confirmation, last four digits of your card, and billing address) to manage your account, not your full card number.

Cookies

Our website may use essential cookies and similar technologies for:

We use industry-standard measures including SSL encryption, secure hosting, and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions to safeguard your data.
