How does the free mockup work? +
Fill out the contact form below. We'll have a short call to understand your business, then deliver a custom homepage mockup within a few days, free and with no obligation.
What if I don't like the mockup? +
We'll revise it until you're happy, or you walk away owing nothing. That's the whole model.
Do I pay anything upfront? +
No. We build or redesign your site first. Your plan only starts once you approve the final result, billed monthly or annually, your choice.
Can I switch plans later? +
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade as your business grows. We'll adjust scope to match your new plan.
Do you set up business email? +
Yes. On Basic, we set up a professional address on your domain (like info@yourbusiness.ca) that forwards to an inbox you already use, great if you just want a business-looking email without a separate mail app. On Pro and Premium, we set up Zoho Mail so you can send and receive from your domain with a real mailbox. We handle DNS and the technical setup; Zoho Mail runs about $1-2 per mailbox per month.
Can I pay annually? +
Yes. Pay annually and get 2 months free: you pay for 10 months and get 12 (e.g. Basic is $490/year instead of $588). Monthly billing is also available if you prefer flexibility.
What happens if I cancel? +
Monthly plans: cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Annual plans run through your prepaid year. We can discuss switching to monthly or a buyout if you want to take full ownership of the site.
